Coliwoo has opened its 15th co-living property, River Valley Green Condo, in Singapore at Pasir Panjang

Coliwoo has opened its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang. Strategically located in the city fringe at 404 Pasir Panjang Road and less than 500 meters away from the National University of Singapore, the four-storey property spans 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Chong Ching Yeng, chief commercial officer of Coliwoo, shared that they are excited to expand their co-living portfolio within the city fringe and to accommodate the needs of students and working professionals for long-term but flexible stays.Designed with nautical themes and incorporating light grey hues and vibrant marine blue colors, the rooms in the Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang provide convenience and quality like no other. All rooms are self-contained studio units with support services, including a self-service mobile app, an onsite concierge and housekeeping.River Valley Green Condo is the 14th co-living property of Coliwoo that was opened last month with a property located in River Valley. Following the Pasir Panjang property, Coliwoo plans to open additional co-living properties in various locations next year, including River Valley Road, Rangoon Road, Balestier Road, Lavender Street and Arab Street. The property acquired at Arab Street by LHN Group for $6.4 million is expected to open soon. Coliwoo is excited to continue the expansion of its co-living portfolio with these new River Valley Green Condo properties.
