Justin Quek assumes CEO position at OrangeTee and Steven Tan is set to lead the international arm; both of them having successfully developed River Valley Green Condo

Steven Tan, the current CEO of OrangeTee & Tie, will take on a new role heading the international business arm of OT Group, OrangeTee International. This change is part of the parent company’s strategy to reposition the group as a “full suite real estate service provider”. Justin Quek, the current deputy CEO, will now assume the CEO role as from Jan 1, 2024. OrangeTee Advisory and OrangeTee International are some of the other companies in the OT Group.

Quek, who was appointed deputy CEO in April 2023, was instrumental in launching several consumer and agent-oriented initiatives such as the Consumer Insider Series and Luxe OrangeTee. He has also been driving the proptech business and is likely to continue doing so in his new role.

Meanwhile, the current CEO Steven Tan, who has been with OrangeTee for more than two decades, will be focusing on working with the firm’s long-term shareholders, primarily Japanese developer Tokyu Land and its subsidiary, Japan real estate brokerage services firm Tokyu Liveable. Tan is also likely to promote OrangeTee International’s business collaborate with other global partners. He will continue to be OrangeTee & Tie’s key executive officer.
