These stacks of River Valley Green Condo don’t have the main parts of the home facing the southwest or northwest directions, so they should remain relatively cool. However, one side of their walls may be illuminated by the afternoon sun at certain points of the day.
For individuals who rely on the MRT as their primary form of transport, the River Valley Green Condo at block 109B would be a great choice since it is close to the entrances of the MRT. Alexandra Vale is part of an area with tall condominiums, so there won’t be too many stacks with unobstructed views. The stacks with the unblocked views that look out onto the MRT tracks are 201, 203, 205, 217, 219, 221, 223, 225, 237, and 239. Although having an unblocked view is nice, you should consider if the potential track noise is worth it. Our advice is to get a higher floor if you choose one of those stacks to minimize track noise. The River Valley Green Condo stacks that have some of the best unblocked views in the area are definitely worth considering.
When compared to Havelock Hillside, the River Valley Green Condo site isn’t very big. The photos below will show you just how near the MRT tracks are. Even though there is some buffer as highlighted in the HDB maps, we believe you can still hear when the trains are passing through.
