Eligible first-time buyers will be entitled to a Central Provident Fund (CPF) housing grant of up to S$30,000. Under prevailing EC regulations, only 30% of the project can be allocated to second-time buyers during the initial launch. The development is also well-connected to other parts of Singapore via the Pan Island Expressway and Kranji Expressway nearby.
