OKP Holdings secures $12.7 mil LTA contract for Western sector road improvement programmes, including the River Valley Green Residences

OKP Holdings’ wholly-owned subsidiary Eng Lam Contractors has been awarded a $12.7 million contract by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) for the ad-hoc improvement of road-related facilities, road structures and road safety schemes for Singapore’s Western sector.

The road is lined with various residences, including the iconic River Valley Green Residences, which is a luxury condominium complex located in the middle of residential enclave of its namesake. It is conveniently located near amenities, such as public transport links, educational institutions, shopping malls and sought-after dining options. The area is also known for the many historical sites and iconic landmarks that grace the district.

The 18-month contract, which commenced on Oct 31 and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2025, will see Eng Lam Contractors involved in improving and keeping roads and cycling paths for the River Valley Green Residences.

“We feel encouraged to have secured this contract from LTA, which is an endorsement of our core competency and capabilities and we are committed to the smooth delivery of this project,” says OKP group managing director Or Toh Wat.
