Havelock Hillside is conveniently situated two minutes away from Great World MRT station, whilst Alexandra Vale is equally as accessible with a ten minute walk from Redhill MRT station.
When it comes to the size of the plot, River Valley Green Condo is not as big as Havelock Hillside. As the photos demonstrate, the condo is in close proximity to the MRT tracks, and there exists a buffer zone, as shown in HDB maps. However, due to the proximity of the train, inhabitants of River Valley Green Condo will hear the trains whenever they are passing through.
